Q T V R - S a m p l e
When taking VR panoramic interior photos many photographer end up with either blown out windows and a correctly exposed room or a dark room and well exposed outside view.
I use a digital camera with the SuperCCD SR II HDR sensor, capable of displaying the full range of luminosities that exist in the real world, in one shot.
Most panoramas only allow the user to view 110º up and down, which means the user feels confined and exquisite details are lost from their experience.
I mainly shoot 360º x 180º so that viewers can look up and down as well as all around.
File size for the panorama below is about 1600 KB so a broadband connection is recommended. I can also make smaller files for dial-up. Furthermore a QuickTime (QTVR) panorama can be e-mailed.
